Studio Designer
We use Studio Designer as our interior design project management and procurement platform. Client project data, product specifications, and related communications may be stored within this platform. Studio Designer’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
Flodesk
We use Flodesk to manage our email newsletter and marketing communications. If you subscribe to our mailing list, your name and email address will be stored within Flodesk. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any email we send.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised information about how visitors interact with our website, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and referral sources. This data helps us improve our Online Services. Google Analytics uses cookies and may transfer data to Google’s servers in the United States. Google Workspace
Our team uses Google Workspace (including Gmail, Google Drive, and related tools) for internal communications and document management. Information you share with us by email or through related channels may be stored within the Google Workspace environment.
Humi
We use Humi for internal HR and team management purposes. This platform is not used to process client Personal Information.
Other Tools
We may from time to time use additional third-party software and applications for purposes such as bookkeeping, scheduling, or client communications. We take care to select reputable providers; however, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools
From time to time, we may use AI-powered tools to assist with tasks such as drafting content, generating design ideas, or analysing information. We are committed to using these tools responsibly and in a manner consistent with our privacy obligations.
We do not knowingly input identifiable client Personal Information into AI platforms without your consent. If you have questions about whether AI tools have been used in connection with your project or information, please contact us directly.
Please be aware that AI tools are generally subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, and information entered into those platforms may be processed or stored by their respective providers.
